Profile welding
- Our welding machines can be equipped with electrodes or guides for welding Omega profile, cord, zip, keder, etc. of various sizes.
- This solution allows rail welding machines to weld meters and meters of profile in a straight line without operator intervention, and with the very short electrode lift, it significantly reduces production times.
- On fixed welding machines, the polizene guide allows operators to weld the profile with the same welding cycle.
Porthole welding
- Especially in the field of rapid doors, porthole welding becomes necessary and it is possible to weld with a dedicated electrode in a single stroke portholes of 1200x320mm or rectangles of 1000x500 (only on wide table welders)
- Great time savings and excellent welding quality for a special solution, very easy to use with our welders.
